Thanks for visiting my website. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor who lives in and loves the Texas Hill Country region including Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Boerne, Blanco, Wimberley, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Seguin and surrounding areas. During most of my real estate career I have dealt with land-intensive real estate transactions. Working on the community development side gave me an insight that goes beyond just finding a home for a client. I believe that the driver for real estate is ultimately the inherent value of the land itself. Construction costs will vary, housing demand will rise & fall but one thing is guaranteed-if it all goes away-the dirt is still there. There is just something special about owning a piece of God’s Earth!

Everyone has heard the old “location, location, location” adage. The location of your “dirt” does matter. My clients live in the Texas Hill Country because they want to, not because they have to.

I am an optimist about our growth as a country, and I value and respect stewardship and wise management of our Texas Hill Country resources.
